Subject to the direction of the Board, the range committee is responsible for the operation of the shooting range.

Its responsibilities include:

Maintaining the shooting range shelter, equipment shed, grounds, and furnishings, such as target stands and backboards.

Maintaining and managing shooting range equipment such as rifles, BB guns, gun safes, steel targets, shot timers, and clay throwers.

Maintaining shooting range supplies such as ammunition, clays, and other targets, and spray paint for targets.

Organizing and supervising shooting events for the club members and the public, except for those shooting events that are run by their own committee, such as the Turkey Shoot.

Addressing any problems or concerns that members might have about the operation of the shooting range.

Who may serve on the Range Committee: Any club member willing to help. We can always use help with maintaining the range and its equipment, and we need members willing to help supervise shooting events. To join the committee contact Range Committee Chairman Glenn Sheller
